I've finally fixed up more mistakes spread across the site. Chances are, you won't find any more 404 or 403 errors just by going on random pages of the site. Or a giant penguin stop your way screaming 404!!!!!!!!!!!
If you haven't noticed, hover over some items on the Navigation bar. PTMB (Joe) helped
me out with the CSS for it. The new transparency looks awesome! 
I also managed to fix up the logo. 
My GIMP skills have definately improved.
